We will fill your prescription for only $35.00 and for an additional fee we can also outfit your lenses with a bifocal, progressive bifocal, trifocal, or progressive trifocal. Simply select your lens options, supply your prescription information, and submit your order!

Note: Some customers require special options for proper comfort and vision correction, such as pupil distance (PD) and the segment height (segheight) of the bifocal/trifocal lenses. The most common values of 65mm pupil distance and 15mm segment height are used if they are otherwise unspecified. If you require values different from these, please fax your full prescription information to (724) 871-5503 - and please be sure to include your web order number!
